Built for a commercial truss installer. The crew answers on the phone as the day happens, the report assembles itself, the office reviews and signs it, and the customer gets a clean PDF. The web app is live with the client's real data; the iPhone app is in testing.

The problem

Paper reports, and an office chasing the field

Daily reports were written at the end of a long day, from memory, on paper or in a group text. The office chased crews for missing pages, retyped them, and had no proof when a customer disputed a delay or a damaged delivery.

What we built

A product, not a form

A native iPhone app for the crew and the office, an AI assistant that turns what a crew says into the report, a report compiler with quality checks, signatures and PDFs, and the brand, sales deck and website around it.

    A crew member says what happened; Bob files it as a delay, a delivery or a damage, in the right section.

  • Proof at every level

    Photos, video, audio and signatures on anything a crew records, not just the report.

  • Works without signal

    Every answer is saved on the phone and sent when the signal comes back. Nothing is lost inside a steel frame.

  • Signed and sent

    The site supervisor signs on the phone, and the PDF goes to the customer on the schedule the office sets.

  • At the job site

    The phone confirms where the report was filed, and the weather is recorded with it.
